Best way to rent DVC point from people?

Hi i am new to this I am planning a head just trying to get information I have seen that I have to wait till ocotber 2017 to make my booking for september 2018 but my questions are>

Should i book via a company like daves rental? or is it safe to rent from Dibb members?

Would it better to book at 11 months or at 7 months i am looking for ever animal kingdom studio or Old key west studio.

Hope some one can help

Both of the above have high inventory so you should be OK however as another OP has asked and I have said it is Food and Wine time and DVC is very popular then with owners. I would look on here and book with a Dibb member if you feel comfortable at eleven months for that time of year. If there are no members renting at eleven months then try a company.

I think you will be ok for sept. I just managed to change my bookings for this August and could get SSR/Animal kingdom or the Poly.

I've booked through a dibb member in the past and it was fine. I would highly recommend animal kingdom lodge, you'll love it. We did and just one night there confirmed it will be our DVC home when we join

I've booked through dibbers, very easy and they were super helpful . Have a look at alternatives just in case what you want isn't available . I got a 1 bed at AKL as there were no studios at all for when I wanted it.
