I thought it looked really tired 18 months ago when we were last there.

The kids love it so it will be a nice surprise they might get one last visit. I had thought it was already closed

we were gutted when we first heard the rumours of it closing

BUT

last Oct when we went, we never went in, infact DS was not DTD in any way shape of form, we parked in the multistory carpark, went down the escalator, battled the crowds, got to WoD store, walked round a bit, got a light-sabre, then went to the art shop, walked around that, got a custom christmas tree dec, then got outside again, battled the crowds and thought " sod this " and went back to the car

far too many " shops " that you get in every Mall, the place was packed

DTD used to have a nice chilled out vibe, DS didnt

For those wondering we attempted to go in last week with our 2 week tickets and were told it was no longer a free perk.

That's a bit naughty if it still shows on website?
DS and DH will miss the reload shooting machines! And we all loved the pirate ship thing!

My kids are gutted, we didn't get to go last year as every time we planned to we got distracted by something else, so we were hoping to go next year, and let them have a bit of free time while we had a cocktail on the HOB terrace 😂 Agree it needs changing and doing up but not interested in NBA whatsoever!

Such a shame, I don't know why they didn't just move all the working machines onto one floor and just have a pay to play arcade.

I wonder if Disney will give me one of the Jungle Cruise machines?

The reason it is empty is because they charge far to much for outdated arcade games. The problem is the executives a Disney clearly don't understand this market and instead of moving with the times decided to just let old attraction break and not fix them.

I think it might be time to try out Dave & Busters on international drive?

So just to confirm - Disney Quest is no longer included in the UK 7/14/21 Day Ultimate Ticket, right through until closure?
We head out to Orlando tomorrow and was looking forward to going in when we arrive!

It's basically a massive arcade, but the games and attractions arent cutting edge new ones, theyre the kind you'd find in the arcade at the Disney hotels.

We used our 14 day tickets in November, but maybe it's because it was 2016?!
