Apologies in advance and feel free to ignore this post wanted to brag about the gym a bit and don't have many places I can.
Yesterday I hit three PBs on the equipment but the one I'm most impressed about is the leg press. Managed to push 120kg for a full set of 10 reps and found it quite easy. It's the first time I've managed to get above my own body weight on anything I'm doing there |
