Castaway club membership number?

Hey guys, we have booked our second Disney cruise for next year, I was asked for my castaway club membership number so that it could be added to this booking, but I can't find it? any ideas of how I can get it?

Can you check an old email from your last cruise, just checked mine and it�s on there.

Can you log into the disneycruise site? You can view your castaway membership number on there 🙂

Scroll to the bottom, right hand side, click cataway club.

You don't need to add it as long as your name/address/DOB hasn't changed.

It will auto add as it matches the data.

But, if you want to ever find your number, it will be on your reservation confirmation page and also on the DCL home page. Log in and go to 'all booked' then Castaway Club at the bottom of the choices.

Thanks for the reply, I have tried the website and on the castaway club I get this message:
Sorry, but we're having a problem retrieving your Castaway Club ID. Please call 1-800-449-3380 for assistance.
been like this for weeks. I night just have to give them a call.
we have moved home since our last cruise.

Your log in should all be the same though, it doesn't link to addresses, just email and password.

There's a Freephone number within the help/support bit for UK ok.
