Can anyone tell me do we have to phone on release day for prices or can it be done online if I get the log in issue resolved?

If you can log into your account, the you can book online on your given day (platinum Monday, gold Tuesday, silver Wednesday then free for all Thursday).
If you can't, then yes, you'd have to call. Unless you use a US TA and they will then do it for you - glee!

Call the helpline now though and they may be able to sort our your account.

Bats - are you going for the PC? I can hopefully get my prices on Tuesday, how does it normally compare to the TAs?

I subscribe to touringplans cruise line and they have an opening day tracker for each cabin type. Looks like more expensive than the EBTA to me, depending on cabin type.
But we are still going for it!

Like TwentyYears says, a bit more money but worth it, although I'd not get off in Cartagena next time - it was awful!
Ship is full of frequent cruisers which does seem to fester a sense of entitlement by some of them, but that's the same on the TAs too in my experience.

Do it do it! We're not doing it (yet)!

ETA: If you belong to the Disney Cruising FB group, they have a file where all of the prices are added. It's free and it's a great group, very well run (unlike some FB groups for DCL)!

Hopefully get some feedback on prices today! Good luck with your booking! We can’t do anything until tomorrow anyway.

I’ll be checking the prices with interest - I’m on one of the groups but not sure whether that’s the right one - I’ll look now! Can’t price/book ours until tomorrow either way.

Just checked - I’m on the junkies group, I’m guessing that’s the wrong one!

OMG yes - get out of it quick! Do a search for Disney Cruising instead.

Oops, I’m in the wrong one

I'm probably being a numpty here but shouldn't I be able to see availability for the new dates if I'm logged in on the DCL website this morning (gold)?

I think it's 1pm UK time. I'll have to wait until tomorrow to find out that I can't afford the price increases!
