Epcot fireworks Memorial Day

Hi so we have an itinerary for May, Epcot is our least favourite park so we have only 1 day planned in our first week and and evening in our second week, however the evening I have planned falls on Memorial Day and it’s predicted to be very busy, never seen Epcot fireworks, so given it’s so busy I’m thinking maybe dinner with a view of the fireworks, which restaurants can you see them from? Do they pipe the music in? Or thinking maybe booking yachtsman and watching from boardwalk or would that be a poor view? Thanks in advance

Don’t really want to do the dessert party as already plan to do that for HEA

Epcot fireworks are best viewed within the park as they use a lot of lights and lower level fireworks and you cant always guarantee a good view from a Epcot restaurant so dont rely on that.
Best to just find a good spot and stand, plenty of areas.
The dessert parties are well over priced and with recent price increase, definitely not worth the money and the desserts are really just average.

Epcot and HS were always our worst parks, but this year were our best ones. First time at Epcot during food and wine and loved it. Visited more times than we expected. HS is now great with the 2 new lands.

I would maybe book a showcase restaurants a little earlier in the evening so you are already there then head out and find a spot to wait and view from afterwards.

I was there for memorial day last year and it really wasn't as busy as I expected we actually did both Mk & AK on memorial day and both were busier in the days running up to it than they were on the day itself.
The crowds for the fireworks may have been high we didn't actually see those as did ak in the evening but the ride queues and general crowds were not that bad at all.
