it could be anything such as paying for a coffee for the person behind you in that costa/ starbucks line or donating sanitary products to a local shelter / refuge

it doesn't have to cost to be kind, there are plenty of ideas out there

For my 50th I ate 50 ice creams in a year

Other ideas could be
Visit England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Island in the year

Learn a language

Bake a cake, take a cooking course

Plant a tree

Go hot air ballooning, sky diving, drive a car around a race track, fly in a small plane, jet skiing, parachuting

Have a lovely birthday 🎂
