i did this for my 50th and now i do at least one act of kindness every week

it could be anything such as paying for a coffee for the person behind you in that costa/ starbucks line or donating sanitary products to a local shelter / refuge

it doesn't have to cost to be kind, there are plenty of ideas out there

Hope you've had a lovely birthday. We used to do that just pack a case and jump in the car then drive around for a week or two with no plans. sounds good to do it again.
