DVC renting out points help

So, I have banked my 2020 points, UY June leaving me 840 points to use from 2021. We’ve now decided we would rather do the West coast so are thinking of renting. Am I still able to book for renters starting June 2021 and if so will the 50% not apply because I’m not borrowing?
Every time I think I’ve got it, my brain does a twirl and I get myself confused again.
I’ve also got 10 points to use before May 31st 2021 if anyone us interested xxx

Yeah, you can use all 840 if you like 1st June '21- 31st May '22. As you have banked and current points the borrowing rule will not apply.

No worries, if you don't manage to find any then contact me just before the 7 month window and I can check for you if I have points left.
