New Chapter
Well my baby (actually my eldest) left 6th form today. She has gone out for the first time (and last for a few months unfortunately due to strict social distancing measures being enforced by her surgeon) as an 18year old with her boyfriend for a meal. She gets vaccinated on Wednesday and has a lengthy femur resconstruction surgery on 7th July. A hectic (and painful) few months ahead for her before she starts uni. Her leaving means my youngest is now yr10 as they all move up a year and starts her GCSEs.
I feel very emotional and very old haha |

I haven’t got kids but I’ve been hairdressing 38 yrs. I realised yesterday as I did a particular client that I did his hair when he was 15, he’s now on his 3rd marriage! I feel very old!

I hope she enjoys her meal out.
My baby has just left school (Yr11). That’s all of them through school and I’m glad, but feel old too 😂 Only seems like yesterday that I was taking my eldest to playgroup and I’m going out for a meal soon with those same mums that I met there all those years ago. Crazy! |
