wdw new system gripe from grumpy

Ok where do i start,right ,the wife and i have been going to WDW since 1988, 14 times sometimes twice a year and was due to go last april 2020 ,obviously never got to go.Now i find that there is now a new system Genie + which you have to pay extra for ,WHY,when you have already bought your hopper ticket ect .also this virtual queue "thing"what's that all about.
And what happens to people that don't have or ar'nt savvy enough to use mobile phone ,basically disney is not for you as everything is done through them ,queuing,food etc.i am of certain age when i can remember the MAGIC and all that went with it.unfortunately i feel that is getting less and less.
I know Disney is a big company and makes a hell of a lot money and there's been a pandemic and things change.
Unfortunately we will not be returning to wdw anytime soon.

Yeah, there's been a lot of threads about it since it was announced. I don't think anyone is happy with the changes. I'm indifferent, but fastpass (or just rides in general) wasn't an important aspect of my holiday.
