Thanks to Mickey House who started the Dibb Weight Loss challenge for charity which I started on Jan 1st and decided to carry on,i am going to Madeira later today 77lb lighter.
I have never carried a diet on so long,but it hasn’t really been a diet as I downloaded the nutracheck app and as long as i put everything on that and stayed within my calories I ate what I fancied.
I know the inevitable is going to happen on holiday but I’ve got my head around to accepting a gain and feel it won’t completely de rail me this time like in the past.
I’ve got a girls holiday to Torremolinos in 3 weeks so can’t let a gain get in my way.
I’ll raise a cocktail or 2 to you Mickey House.
