I was told up to four weeks but hopefully sooner.
My Disney tickets were cut up and a picture sent but the Universal ones had to be sent back. They were signed for last Friday. Will update one refund received.

I was told 7-14 days today. Told to cut up and take a photo of the tickets and email it to them. Bit sad cutting up the tickets but it’s kind of cathartic.

We got our full refund for the Boo Bash tickets within 24 hours of me sending a email with the tickets cut up and new Disney tickets for 2022 (fingers crossed) within a few days
