Bags packed, off to Heathrow tomorrow afternoon ready for early flight on Weds.
Can hardly believe were going ! Sorted out carry-on bags today and found the boarding passes from our last holiday - MCO - LGW 25th Sept 2019

Arrived in Thessaloniki this afternoon.
BA flight from Heathrow was about 2 thirds full so plenty of seats free. After landing in Greece they barely even glanced at our docs and no airport testing either. As if we didn’t know - it just shows what a pointless waste of time all these forms /apps etc are. Hotel seems great - only problem is ... it’s tipping down ! Still - at least we are actually on holiday for the first time in 2 years. After checking our vaccine certs we were told we didn’t need our masks again while in the hotel - which is great.

So good to hear all of these positives and I’m days away from Rhodes now.
It’s a bit of a worry making sure you have everything . I will be relieved to get on that beach and have a cocktail or two 😀 |
