Is Lineberty still needed.

Not going till January & haven’t been since Christmas 2019. So I’m a bit out of the loop but trying to catch up with all the new rules & regulations!
Is this app still needed even though the characters are at a distance?

It wasn't needed while we were there last week. Only needed for exclusive pin releases

It wasn't needed for character meets while we were there. This could change again though as they try and get things back to normal.
