The BBC have said

Though details have not been given, it is thought that the relaxation of the rules will come in time for people to travel over Thanksgiving.

not sure what day that would mean ?

I don’t know whether to get excited or not, I feel we may just be a little bit too early in November with the 6th as travel day. Wish they would give a date! It feels so close yet still so far!
