During first lockdown because it was the ‘rules’ and it was a little more straight forward we found it easier too. So much change and those not following rules makes it so difficult, also access to support changing. Take care. X

this is my ds to a tee the last week has been horrendous. I know a lot of it is down to the fact xmas is so close and he's obsessing about what he's hoping he's going to get.
His whole routine is out the window he's not sleeping and the slightest thing can set him off into a full blown meltdown as he's overtired and overwhelmed |
