Cracking Hard Rock London Deal

We had poor experience.

Paid for upgraded room, but got basic room.
Couldn't get answer from reception so had to go down, and they were so rude! They asked what was missing from our room, we explained and they said oh is that all! We can bring that, so will you be happy then? Then she said, I tell you what to make you happy I will offer you an upgrade to best room available. Then next sentence (she wasn't at a computer to check) she said but we don't have anything available, but I offered it to you, so you should be happy! Most bizarre thng ever.


At dinner we got given wrong set menu twice, so had to order food 3 times!

Bfast ordered juice and coffee twice - but never came - we gave up in the end.

Told we had to pay extra for late check out when said included.

Ok hotel, good food, great location - staff and organisation a shambles.

Felt like as we paid for cheap deal, that effected how we got treated.

I emailed in and the offered us a free stay - so will give them another chance.

That’s such a shame. What a bizarre experience about the upgrade! Good to get another chance though, hope you get the meal & breakfast again

We had similar a few weeks ago - the staff don't seem to be tuned up to the special offers - especially the restaurant staff. They should know to present you special menus, rather than it being down to you!
Likewise for us, location was probably the best point!
Food was ok - not amazing

Ive just booked for £71. Ive gone for the classic room

As I needed 2 rooms x 2 nights. It was cheaper then a single room rate the last time I checked.

So this deal has the club lounge instead of the meal and is £30 more per room. However, looks like the lounge isn’t open just now (I can understand why). I wonder if they offer the meal instead - might give them a ring and see. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

Oh well that’s good! I thought perhaps it wasn’t because of the ‘help yourself’ element. Perhaps it’s ‘manned’ like the breakfast buffet then
