Sorry but they can count us out of the Parks now. We’ve definitely had the the best of it in the past and won’t be jumping through these hoops or paying the prices. Will visit resorts and Disney Springs for meals if in the WDW area but that’ll be it. More room for everyone else

Next year may well be our last on-site visit. If we go again, have to reduce overall costs somehow and that seems to be the obvious choice.

This is going to be an even bigger faff than it was getting up at stupid o’clock to Book FP
Glad we aren’t big Disney fans but I guess we will have to go with the flow if the Gdks are with us

I'm reserving judgement until they actually announce something officially.

I can't see some of this being actually what they've planned. It seems too convoluted to me.

Wow seems way to complicated!

Guess we just need to remember that these are all rumours at the moment unless you a member of the Disney parks board!

Everything can and probably will change!

I think I would be happy to pay to skip the line on something like Flight of Passage as I've never done it before and the wait times can get a bit silly even at park opening, but other than that I don't think I'd bother. Will use extra morning hours and evening hours if/when staying at a deluxe.

Is there really any advantage to being onsite now? How will this all work with DAS?

DAS should remain unchanged. Although they might tighten up the requirements (within what they're legally allowed to ask, that is) if they find it's being abused as a FP replacement.

My eldest is autistic but previously with the fast pass system I didn't feel a need to get a das pass for him as he is fine to wait in short ques (sub 30minutes). However as he qualifies for a das pass I may get one next year if this turns out to be as bad as it sounds!
