Plane seat reccomendation

Hi,
We're looking book flights from uk (LGW or LHR) to MCO however the big debate at the moment is which seat I would need since becoming disabled.
I have nerve damage in my lower back and down my left leg. I can walk very short distances with crutches so also have a wheelchair for getting about.
So like everyone we want spend as little as possible on tickets but my question is what seats would people look to sit in, on the plane. Unsure who we will fly with at this stage, as we're still not able to fly to US yet but 🤞🤞🤞 the borders open soon.

We have very lightly discussed me sitting alone in a bulk head seat and rest family other cheaper seats.

Would you all do

Any tips/advice greatly appreciated

Only 367 days to go... 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

If you want bulkhead seats you request through special assistance they will sit you and possibly one other in that row with the rest in the row behind. However you won't know untill check in what seats you have as these are assigned depending on need.
My son uses a wheelchair and we usually book the row in front of the toilets so he has the minimum distance to the toilets. We still call special assistance to do this then you are less likely to have the seats changed.
