But the real point of this is to make Disney money, not enhance the guest experience. All other things being equal, the most recognisable ride wins.
Yes I was thinking more precovid. And yes maybe your right, but those that know disney will know what to book and won’t buy it, and those that don’t I would think would see the wait time is doable and not bother paying for it either. While yes I agree it’s about what makes money, I would have thought that most people would only pay if they needed to cut the queue, not because it’s the most familiar ride, at least that’s how I would go about it, but I’m not everyone

The fact that you will most likely have to pay for these at 7am means people aren't going to be standing looking at a wait times board and making an informed decision. They're going to book the ride they want to go on. Plus far less people are in the know than you are giving credit for I think.

People in the know wouldn't be buying passes for any of those options. They're easy rope drops due to everyone else heading to FOP.

If that ends up being the list, the only one I’d defo pay LL for is ROTR, I think. Probably throw Space Mountain and Kili Safari in there if we hadn’t done them by the end of the trip as they’re two of our favourites. The rest I’d be happy to see how standby panned out or just skip them.

After the year and a half we’ve all had, I’ll be happy just to be there n go with the flow tbh

I would not be surprised if there were a few more rides on the "individual" list, but if this is accurate then it's great. Of course, all newer rides like Tron or GOTG will be on the list, with free virtual ride options too. Sounds great to me! If you can't get on the virtual line, you still have a chance to pay and get to ride. If it's your last day on a trip of a lifetime and you didn't get a boarding pass for ROTR, then you have the chance of not being gutted - for a price. I know what I'd do!

Someone else further up on this thread suggested it will be the same as old paper WDW FastPass and DL MaxPass in that if the reservation made is a long time in the future, you will be able to make another one after a period of time - either 1.5 or 2 hours.

I'm just watching the DIS Unplugged as I type this, and they've just said that this element is still unknown.

However from a backend systems perspective, if this system has recycled existing software components, or is a re-badging of the MaxPass system, then the ability to stack may be kinda included by default.
