The tickets I bought was sold as fastpass+ includes. Surely that negates the purchase?

When did you buy them?

With FP+ not being in operation since before the pandemic, are tickets still being advertised to include as such.

Anyhow, I think all purchases will be subject to any changes.

2019. Constantly pushed the years forward with attraction tix.

We dont go to Universal, and also would not and will not stand in a queue for more than 45 mins. We have always managed to get on all the rides we like doing by making fast passes.

No, it doesn't. Every ticket purchase comes with the caveat that included features are subject to availability. That's why they've changed the name to Genie. Fastpass no longer exists and therefore that feature of your ticket is no longer available. Fully covered by their terms.

You can complain and you might get a goodwill gesture refund. But legally, they don't have to do anything.
