National express to heathrow

Anybody used the national express to get to Heathrow Terminal 5
How successful / unsuccessful was your experience please?

Have used it quite a few times to Heathrow and never had a problem. It's also my preferred route when I have to connect from Gatwick to Heathrow as I find it much more convenient than train + tubes.

Obviously traffic can be an issue but this is true when driving as well.

I've done it once from Exeter - it only goes to Terminal 3 from here but it's pretty easy to catch the tube for free over to T5. It was perfectly fine, about an hour longer than the train but obviously a lot cheaper.
