Direct BA to TPA 17 Aug to 31st Aug booked on release day was £2150 for 3A 1C (our eldest is now an 'adult' at 15...) prices now showing as £2900

Thats the best price I've seen on here for Summer 2022. Almost pre covid levels.

That's without checked baggage though- we're allowed the 55x45x25 cabin bags and will add one item (maybe two)of 23kg baggage for £100 (sure it used to be £50 for bags both ways)

even at £2550 for all 4 luggage, that is still a very good price at the moment. I wasnt prepared to fly from London, too far a drive for us and with regional interconnects the only sub 2.8k price from BA I could get was 9th july from MAN. The crowds would be mental that early (and no FP+ of course :-D )

I could have booked just flights for £2800 but didn't include luggage, not covered by flexible booking policy and need to pay full balance when booking.

If prices drop for direct MCO I will change with nothing to pay,just so relieved we've booked 😁
