Mullion cove

Just booked for a half term chill out at Mullion Cove coastal retreat.
I know it’s fairly quiet but does anyone have any recommendations for places to visit /must sees and dog friendly pubs in the area .
DS 16 is aware how quiet it is but agreed we all need a rest and the lodge has good WiFi and a hot tub so sounds ok .
Or easy day trips

We've had several holidays staying at Mullion Cove, love it! walk down to the cove for sunset one evening, its stunning!

There's a lovely chocolate shop on the way to the cove very yummy!

Walk from the Lizard lighthouse to Kynance Cove. Beautiful walk along the cliff tops and lovely National Trust Cafe which does a great cream tea.

Loved going over to Marzion, lovely little town and great walk over to St Michaels Mount, lovely place to visit.

Have a great time.

Thank you
I left it very late to book and there was poor availability I originally wanted more to do and I didn’t really want to pay the prices
Now it’s booked I’m really looking forward to it it will force us to relax after a very challenging year .
The area looks stunning and might be quite dramatic at the end of October .

We stayed here in may half term, it’s gorgeous, the lodges are fab and can confirm it gets good WiFi coverage so your ds should be happy. Falmouth isn’t to far away and is lovely, we loved going down to the harbour and watching all the boats.

This is very re-assuring we looked on you tube last night and it looked quite isolated.Just desperate to get away and we usually do Alton Towers etc etc and pack our time but that’s not what we need now .
Also very aware that DS is growing up the pandemic has spoiled a lot of the plans we’ve had the same as with everyone else .Keen to make new memories .

It is quite secluded in that to get anywhere significant you’d have to drive. But as somewhere just to chill out, have some long walks, it was perfect and I would go back in a heartbeat.
