No probs, you’ll likely need travelup to phone virgin to confirm and get a note added to your booking as only virgin can do this so the check in desk know you have it included. We booked delta but it’s virgin who will do check in etc. A guy called Robert Williams from virgin customer relations updated our booking to honour it. Not got direct email for him but he replied from Customer.Relations.UK@fly.virgin.com
Hope you get it sorted. Kenny |

I was going to book with them and then read some horrible online reviews and decided against it. Let us know how you get on if you go with them...

So still no response from Travelup, rang Delta and they advised me I had 1 bag of hold luggage per person on the booking which made me feel a lot happier! However then I thought I'll check with Virgin and rang them to be told by the customer service lady that there are no bags on the booking! I said I'd spoken with Delta customer services and they said I had hold luggage, which the Virgin Customer Services lady insisted was a term for cabin (overhead locker) baggage and I need to use the term check in luggage!
Now going to ring Delta back and repeat my query but use the term 'check in luggage' Who would have thought suitcases can be so troublesome! |

Quick update post holiday; Rang Travelup and was assured by them that the booking included check in luggage. At the airport I did the bag drop and as Travelup had said it included check in luggage so all good! Thanks for all who contributed to assisting.
