Don't let go of the magic - I'm literally just postponing it a little... and as I see it, the magic only ever grows - doesn't it?

America, or Florida, just hasn't got to grips as we would have hoped for a super power country. Hopefully it will in time for your October trip - I can feel the positive vibes from here!

Expecting a cancellation for our flights on Monday/Tuesday - from then, it will be a case of looking for when it is affordable to go next year!

Keep the faith Ellelledee

Thank you so much for keeping us cheerful and hopeful over the last few weeks, it has been much appreciated. You didn't rise to any taunts or attempts to go negative on this thread, and you kept us all positive, even when we were feeling confused and overwhelmed with it all. Big hugs and kudos to you for staying hopeful. Hope you can get to your happy place again next year!

Thank you. My dad was diagnosed with a brain tumour a couple of months ago and has had op + chemo and is just not well. Part of me felt it would be better if it cancelled and then part of me just needed that escape. I think I liked having that one little bit of hope in the day. I’ve loved seeing your positive posts and keeping that little hope going. It is what it is and maybe it’s just not meant to be for a reason.
Dh is remaining radio silence at the moment - either he hasn’t got the call/email or he is onto the agent to discuss changing either way he is noticeable by his absence today 🤣

We have an older one too, we had her with her brother who we sadly lost last year.

One is far harder than two though!

Sorry I don’t know how to remove the laughy emoji. I was laughing at the comment 1 is harder than 2 - it sounds like when the kids try and convince you that it would be far easier to have 2 dogs/cats/rabbits so you will get another one. I thought it was a hint to get a playmate for him.

Just had the dreaded email from Virgin Holidays for 10th September 🙁 Oh well, is anyone going to start a thread for May 22 positivity 🙂 I do hope that Mr Biden will open the borders before then.
