Calling to cancel - alt number?

… can’t believe in 2021 their isn’t just a button to click to cancel holiday that’s what happened with flights and airport hotel I cancelled last night

So daft question but I just wanna double check, I have unlimited minutes with 02 so does that mean I won’t be charged anything extra to call the 0330 number, even if I’m on the phone most of the day? I’m currently on hold again

It's very easy to cancel via Twitter with the @DLPHelp account. I had my refund sorted out in one day in late November. That is if you've booked direct with DLP not WDTC.

I actually sent them a message on Instagram and got a reply in the hour so I’ve had it confirmed it’s cancelled now and will be refunded

Cancelled mine today too & it came off the app so quickly even though I booked with my local TA. Gonna bee a few weeks till I get my money back though as there’s flights included, don’t care as long as I get it!

I just used the live chat on DLP website and they sent a link to an online form. All cancelled in minutes. Just cancelled my flights too with easyJet. Very disappointed and one very unhappy DD but there you go. Hopefully we will get there soon

@disneylandparis - I also messaged them on Instagram to cancel, explained that I couldn’t get through on the phones. It took a little while for them to response each time, but within 3 messages, it was cancelled. They were really helpful!
