Kennedy Space Center Opening Hours

Hi
Does anyone know what the Kennedy Space Center opening hours generally are in august please?
We’re doing a cruise and we are docked at Cape Canaveral from 1pm to 9pm. They are offering an excursion to Kennedy. We have been before but the friends we are travelling haven’t been. I just want to make sure the opening hours aren’t so short that we would only get 3 hours or so there. I can see at the moment they close at 5pm

ive just done a search for you and this is what it says on they're website EDIT that's 2021 times it says but I wouldn't see 2022 being any different?

Thank you. Yes I saw this but presumed this was winter opening hours. Wondered if summer hours might be later?

I’m sure we have been later than 5pm in the summer before

Thank you. I hoped it might be later. I’ll keep checking on their website and see if they post summer opening hours.
