Renting out bookings or the points?

Hello all,
Its been a long time since I've posted, finally got round to it- the Dibb is used as the font of all knowledge in our house!

We went ahead and purchased a lot of DVC points during lock down and have made numerous bookings; however we now have to cancel a few bookings in February and August (still going in April!). I don't know if we should try to rent the bookings or the points as some are 'unicorn' bookings that took alot of stalking. We've never rented out before.
Can we list bookings to rent as opposed to points?

Yes absolutely you can list the reservations, availability is so scarce especially within the next few months confirmed bookings are being taken pretty quickly in the dvc Facebook selling groups. I would sell the most desirable dates for $17-$20 a point as the chances of those dates being available again are slim

I would definitely try and rent out the confirmed reservations first especially if they are studio reservations. Those are in the most demand.

I rented out two confirmed reservations within an hour of posting on a FB page.

Both were studios for May and I got $20pp
