If nothing else, in order to ride Hogwarts Express you'll need a two-park ticket.

We did both parks in one day in early December 2019 and we managed all the rides except Ripsaw falls and Blutos barges, it was really quiet and most things were a walk on, so depending on how busy the parks are it can be done.

Hi,

We are going to buy the both park ticket but just buying it so that it's a one day ticket that's valid for both parks. Thanks for the heads up though 😊

Anyone know are the express passes because you book direct through universals site for their hotel or just because you've stayed at that hotel

You can book with anyone.

You can also check in and get your express passes before room check in time. So passes are for two full days regardless of check in and out times.

Book with anyone and go check in at 6/7/8am to get your keys, which are your express passes.

Are Hagrids and Velocicoaster the only rides without express?
If you’ve got early opening and are there when it opens then it’d be worthwhile going for it. It’s rare to see hagrids at under an hour. We kept an eye on the app and when we saw it was 45 mins we rushed over to it.

Yeah, just those 2 are non express at the moment.

Hagrids is not open during EPA currently so the queue will build with guest waiting in line. There are times when it is a virtual queue though never rhyme or reason why!

VelociCoaster usually goes quickly and rarely gets above 45 minutes. the general hold up is when people try to get on with things in pockets so get sent back to the lockers.
