Contacting Walt Disney Travel Company - refund delayed
We are having problems contacting the Walt Disney Travel Company and wondered if anyone had any advice. Our trip to DLP was cancelled in December and we received the deposit back within a couple of days, but still have not received the rest of the money back. We have emailed several times but have had no response at all, not even an auto reply, so it seems as though our emails may not be reaching them for some reason (same email address we have contacted them on before and had a reply). We have rung them twice and spent 90 minutes on hold each time but still not had a definite answer - something about refunds from certain dates in December being delayed and they are working on it. Has anyone else had problems contacting them by email recently, or know of any other way to contact them? Thanks

I’ve just come on here to post with a similar query.
We have received the balance back but not the deposit. We cancelled though due to the uncertainty of testing and our then unvaccinated DS13 so wasn’t sure if we would lose the deposit? |

I emailed them again last night, just before posting this, and actually got a really quick reply this time (I put 'urgent' in the subject, which seemed to make a huge difference - got a reply within an hour, whereas the original email we sent a week ago has still not had a reply!). They have told us that we will get all of our money back, but there has just been a delay - no timescale for when we will receive it. Might be worth emailing them again and trying putting 'urgent'?
