Saw on the news last night about the petrol and the empty shelves and no Christmas presents...blah blah , then they say no need to panic buy, it's the media that cause panicking.

I have a can in the garage but it's old, we had it for a lawn mower years ago so its probably no good now 😂

I got some yesterday, when I was shopping at our local Asda, the place was empty, all the pumps were open. No doubt there will be a queue there today, after the newspaper reports.

Filled up with petrol the other day and saw a tanker refilling the tanks at our local petrol station. So, we should be ok here.

If it's not a pandemic or a pingdemic then it's a petroldemic. There's always got to be some bad news to darken our lives.

I am about to drive for my covid test on the very little I have left in my tank. I had planned to fill up today at the supermarket. Now I am not allowed to stop anywhere enroute until (fingers crossed!) I get a negative result and by then there will be no petrol left anywhere. Great planning MP!

DH got some earlier and said they were starting to queue and we drove past Asda and they were queuing on to the main retail park road. My mum needs to get some as she has a long journey next week so hopefully things will calm down again.
