Costco turkey delivered
Hi guys has anyone had a Costco turkey delivered for any previous Christmases .Iv just had a email from Costco and they have a herb fed one for £72 that im thinking of ordering. Thanks

Yes I have had 3- all been excellent and very good price- cheaper than buying direct from the farm that breeds them (and it’s not Jimmy’s farm, despite the label). I’ve just had the normal ones. Always delivered well. I’d be getting another if we were not hopefully off to Florida. Did mine on the smoker last year. It was much bigger than the size I’d ordered.

Thanks. I'm assuming they are delivered in a chiller van and not by regular delivery methods.

Not sure about van, but it comes in a chilled box. No issues in 3 deliveries.

I doubt you will be disappointed. The normal Jimmys Farm one (which is from another farm, I once looked it up, can’t remember what it was called now otherwise I’d put a link, but buying direct from them was more expensive than Costco) is rare breed type bird, not what you normally get and they are the best Turkey we have had- before this I used to get M&S. I had one 2017, 2018 (missed 2019 as in Florida) and 2020 and all have been great.
