Our first taste of Florida

We arrived yesterday
We ate out tonight the only the third time since the thing in total
We went to the Cherry Pocket one of our favourites
Now be kind I’ve never done a food report but here goes
Dh had Gumbo

as a starter
Then

Scallops with dirty rice
Me

Blacked shrimp with green beans and backed potato

We had 2 glasses of wine and coke refill and one to go and take home key lime pie
Cost $69 before tip
The key lime pie would feed 3
And it was amazing as usual
We shared the gumbo it came with bread and salad for two

It’s about 15 mins from us
It’s not fine dinning by any means but great food if you like fish or steak
Just don’t be put off when you roll up it’s actually in a fish camp but we highly recommend it
They also have live music on the deck most evenings
