Calling to cancel - alt number?

I've been trying to call the 0330 number to get our money back for our trip on the 27th, but obviously the lines are busy, i'm not even getting into a que!

I realise there will be so many of us trying to get through, but has anyone got any words of wisdom?
thanks
Vikki

Who did you book with? I booked with disneyholidays and they only accept cancellation via email. I emailed on Tuesday to cancel ours for the 27th - had a reply within the hour and the full refund yesterday.

Same for me - was also going on the 27th. Think just have to keep trying, might leave it till tomorrow as hopefully will be quieter then.

thank you - perseverance was the key!

bit disappointed as Disney said it may take 3 weeks for the money to go back as i needed it paying into a different account, and they need to send over a cancellation form to me now. she this cannot all be done on line!

I would email not ring, not least because far less stressful!

I cancelled a couple of times either earlier this year or maybe last year (it’s a blur!). Emails answered quickly and refund made within days.
