The emphasis will be on major relaxation after a hectic year.. There will be ridiculous food choices The first two are new for us and at the top of my Disney resort bucket list and I’m very much looking forward to it. We’re trying to do without a car and go to the parks near each hotel. Let’s see how that goes but it just seems too pricey now with parking fees at the resorts on top of the other costs. Surely we’ll come out ahead after using a few taxis for the airport, Disney Springs and DW’s inevitable Vineland Mall trolley dash What do you mean the Star Wars hotel isn’t open yet As for Disney Genie+ hmm I’m on the fence about this one at the moment Sadly there’s no DD this time, she is too sensible/focused on her upcoming GCSEs to risk travelling at Easter and we decided not to go to Florida in the summer as it was too hot for little Olaf last time, we’re going somewhere else in the Summer instead. This will be the first time we’ve been back to WDW since 2018 which you can catch up with via my Scream if you want to go Fatter! report if you want to get an idea of the sort of nonsense likely to occur (the actual food report starts about here). So it’s a Winter trip for DW and I which allows for a few more drinks and a mix of shared and solo park days for me. The excessive food consumption will be unaffected although I’m glad the Deluxe Dining Plan is no longer a thing. There will be drinks Things got heated at the dining planning meeting and as ever with one of our dining reports… there will be Magic There will be Fails And with this being 50 Shades there will be added Disney sex appeal Edit - I had a bit of time to kill this morning and ended up in a festive conversation with DF (played here by Samuel L Jackson) explaining about EPCOT's World Showcase and the joys of Drinking Around the World. Somehow we started out talking about drinks and ended up discussing cakes in a conversation I’m calling Gulp Fiction (click to play the video) DF wishes he was this cool Hope to see you there
