Looking online, it looks like you can acceptably do them at home and send in a photo of the result alsongsiee your passport to get to ur certificate emailed to you. Might be the best option if timings are tight

Pretty sure you can get them done at st pancras. I was planning on doing that before the restrictions were put in place.

The Lat Flow tests from C19Testing were accepted by both the French authorities and Disneyland when we went just before Christmas. Less than £20 a test and you could do them and submit them (photo via online form) on your journey down to Folkestone. You'll get a QR code back from within a few hours.
