Do you mean you haven't seen my 500 posts recommending Andy over the last 5 years.

Apart from his competitiveness how many other brokers come on here offering to help with problems experienced with other brokers - none.

How many brokers over the past two Covid affected years have emailed clients asking if they want to cancel and get a refund - none. Compare that with all the posts on here - "I've booked with Joe Bloggs Car Hire and my flights have been cancelled but I can't get my money back"

It's simply called good customer service that was sadly lacking with others recently

Ideally we’d have liked an 8-seater and a normal car, but Andy days these are not available at the moment. It would have been handy for going out to dinner to be able to take just one vehicle, but we’ll just have to make do. We have DH insured on both cars and I’m insured on the people carrier and son-in-law on the smaller car.

Andy is great to deal with!

Be patient for replies, due to his offline prices he's stowed out - he advises placing (The Dibb) in email subject heading. His customer service was recently mentioned on Facebook which generated 500 emails, hence his (The Dibb) suggestion.

I have two booking with him for this year, one I just confirmed today for an offline price.
I also have to add that when we were left high and dry when Thomas Cook went and we had to change to a BA fly drive, he cancelled our booking no questions asked. Great service.

I'm extremely impressed with Andy's service - we will need an SUV this year as DH will need a mobility scooter for the first time. Prices through the broker company I have been using for 30 years were chokingly high - honestly, I spit coffee down my nose when I saw how much they were quoting! I tried Andy and he was genuinely £400 cheaper for an SUV than the quote for an intermediate size! So I have a reservation in with him now, really pleased with his assistance. Thanks to all the Dibbers who recommend him!

My quote has just come down by £400 from last week. Full size 7 seat SUV for 3 weeks. £1724. Hoping it comes down more but I've booked at that price and will rebook if it ends up being cheaper 🤞🏼
