My worry is also it could be warm in May, I wouldn’t mind wearing a mask in the winter but could have high temps and wearing a mask and wearing glasses especially in heat would lead to not a pleasant experience! I think I’d rather holiday in the UK and save Disney til restrictions are relaxed a bit. Especially with the current costs of going. Fingers crossed it’s not tooooo long!

The hotel was amazing, very sleek and sophisticated.
I totally get that the mask situation is different for everyone, and yes, I see that with such young children you wouldn’t want that. It looks like we are coming to an end of such restrictions soon, thankfully. For us, frankly we stopped noticing after a few minutes, it felt as normal as putting a scarf on in such cold weather. But we have been many times before. In fact my arthritic knees gave us far more bother.

France has just announced the relaxation of covid rules from feb. Sounds like mask outdoors will no longer be needed. From 16th you can stand and drink at bars too.

Oooh glad you enjoyed it Gill! It does look fantastic. We're on a budget this year as I'm still studying and all my wages go on childcare with 2 littlies but hopefully one day in the future!
Yeah, would possibly be different it was just me and DH, and if it was a winter trip! I know how you feel about the knees, nearly 43 and after playing on the floor with the baby and toddler I can sometimes barely get up. I'm the oldest parent ever |
