P & O - Iona - anyone booked on this yet
P & O Iona arrives May 2020 - anyone booked to cruise on it yet? I’m looking forward to seeing some reviews of this ship.

We’ve booked on it in September to the Fjords. It’s floating out of the dry dock tonight, so it’s nearly finished.

Yes we booked before Christmas but not actually going till July 2021! So unfortunately it’s gonna be a long wait for us. Sounded good though, plus I seem to get good deals with p&o

We're booked on it on 31st October - 2 weeks to Spain and Portugal.
We love cruising with P&O - we've done 2 with them and they may not have all the slides / bells and whistles etc of some of the ships from other lines but they're perfect for DH and I. Im in a couple of facebook groups and am looking forward to seeing the out tonight! |

We love P & O too.
Have two trips booked this year. Ticks the boxes for us. Balcony cabins only though. Ill wait and see how IONA holds up this year but will sail on her in the future. Looking forward to hearing about the pool area that converts into an entertainment area at night (Gary Barlow inspired apparently). |

Only Balcony cabins for us too - but we have friends (who are retired) who cruise many times a year but on an inside cabin.
We don't have the time for multiple cruises so use our money for less but better cabins - when we're retired we'll do more cruises but outside cabins - having done ship tours etc there is no way I could do an inside we got a cracking deal for our cruise (well it would have been if we hadn't had to also forfeit our Cunard deposit ) and I am constantly on the look out for more! Mind you we'll generally pick the itinerary over the cruise line and have had great cruises with Princess and celebrity too! |

Me. Booked on a fjords trip for may half term. It will be its second week in service so hoping no teething problems. Balcony cabin as i love to sit with a cup of tea in the morning watching the fabulous scenery. Did a similar cruise on the britannia last year which was amazing. Southampton is just up the road so 40mins and we should be on holiday!

I'm booked on with my mum for December, a Christmas markets cruise for her birthday, looking forward to it. Never done p and o before.
