Back again! 2nd once in a lifetime trip!
Hi everyone
Thought I’d post again on here as we have finally told our kids we are going back to Disney next summer. We went in summer 2017 for a once in a lifetime holiday and then ended up going back in 2018 for an unplanned trip, just for a week but we didn’t do Disney just universal and Busch gardens. We have booked 12 nights at POFQ ( which is where we were supposed to stay in 2017) but long story we ended up getting upgraded to Grand Floridian! Which was awesome and I’m a bit worried that We have been spoilt and POFQ rooms look very small compared but there is no way we could afford to go back to the Grand even though I’d love to! After 12 nights at Disney we are flying to Boston and spending 7 nights there ( hence the trip of a lifetime, as it’s nearly 3 weeks and a lot of money altogether! ) It’s my husband’s 40th birthday whilst we will be in Boston and both me and him have been before and love it and have always said we would take the kids so that’s the plan! So excited! |

I love POFQ, of course not as amazing as GF. However our last trip we split between FQ and BC and after an eventful start to BC, we were wanting to go back to FQ.
The refurb at FQ is amazing and the rooms are lovely. And give it another few years and it will be another once in a lifetime trip. Thats Disney for you Its always worth keeping an eye out, as sometimes AKL is a very small price for an upgrade. In 2017 we got AKL for cheaper than PORS
