Bit early but hey ho!
So not going for AGES but heres my plan so far.

We stayed at HRH last trip, we didn't do Disney but used Uber for all our travel. It worked really well.
Looking at your plan I probably wouldnt have a rest day so early on. I'd take advantage of the early rising and get out to the parks.

Yea ive only put the rest day so early on as ive MS so not sure how i will be after the first full day.
