Charter Travel No Response

Has anyone else had recent success in getting a quote from Charter Travel for 2019? I have phoned 4 times in the past 5 days, bit no response, despite them assuring me that the a consultant would call me back. Very poor first impression.

I am travelling with Charter for my next holiday and have booked with them several times with no problems but have been waiting weeks for someone to contact me for a quote for a holiday next year. Not sure what is happening with them.

I emailed using the response form and got a response 4 days later, that was this Sunday and the quote was for next August. I had used them before so was able to name the sales consultant who I had used previously and he was the person who came back to me. I think they are worth persisting with as their quote was really good.

Ive booked with them For this year first time, terrible service, wrong information, not answering emails. Will never use them again, the icing on the cake is they won’t send my tickets /paperwork before 7 days before we fly, despite the fact we are leaving before this to stay with friends and family pre wdw trip, they haven’t even replied to my email asking to email them to us. Not the first time they haven’t got back to us., never gain

We have used them lots, never had an issue tbh.
