Refund for lounge due to TC collapse?

Hi everyone. I’ve had my refund back from CAA for a group trip in sept. However while booking it at TC last year I asked about the lounge at Manchester. She included it for free. To do this she reduced everyone’s price by £25.
7 people paid me £1125 each as that was the cost however when I was booking it she put a manager special on all the holiday reducing everyone individual price to £1100. The £25 saved from everyone was used to pay for escape lounge in TC store via holiday extras. My refund has come back and it’s £7700 which is ok however Each individual is now out of pocket by £25 as we have a lounge booking for a date we don’t fly.
My question is can you cancel this with holiday extras? Has anyone done this before. I dint think we can swap it as we now fly with KLM and our flight to Amsterdam is 05:30 so don’t think the lounge is open for us. Does anyone have any tips what I can do. If we have to we will loose the £25 each but just trying to see if it’s recoverable.
My holiday booking was £7700 as the lounge was a extra so that’s why I think they only paid that maybe the lounge is not covered under Atol.

Probably best to ask Holiday Extras, although normally you pay extra to have a cancellable option.

If you have no luck with holiday extras, you could try claiming it as a consequential loss on your credit/debit card.

We had to cancel our holiday in 2013 and although it did say the lounge was non refundable when I phoned Holiday Extras they refunded me so it's worth a phone call.
