Not great for offsite guests who aren’t due to be able to start booking their park reservations for another few days.

Although I doubt it’ll affect UK guests. With Virgin saying they won’t be flying to MCO until 24th August subject to CDC approval, I’m guessing no one from the UK will be heading to Orlando in July.

I have gave up with disney, was on hold for over 2hrs today to be told your mde will link soon but you will hopefully get what you want in time... After that ive cancelled my onsite stay and im steering clear of disney. What a colossal muck up the whole thing is

After almost 9 hours finally booked my days but if flights aren’t going into MCO until August 24th it is all academic.

Thank you for the reply i have seen the other threads on here too at least it has made our minds up for us now we were due to fly 12th of August but happy to wait till everything settles down

I have a November 2020 VH booking with tickets, which was rescheduled from May. My tickets weren’t linking so I couldn’t make park reservations.

I rang Disney on +1 407 939 7679 tonight and was on hold for only about 15 minutes. Disney said that when the holiday moved, the tickets weren’t moved across properly. They sorted this on the phone in about 15 minutes.

I logged into the park reservation system using incognito and had all bookings done (over Thanksgiving too) in about 10 minutes. I didn’t have time to plan, so have effectively gone round the 4 parks on a loop for our whole stay.

Fingers crossed we get to go! A happy end to a stressful day! It’s so frustrating to not be able to speak to VH, although they did reply after a few hours on WhatsApp.

Did you ask by any chance about the possibility of all star music being closed? We're due in November...

If it makes you feel any better I only managed to book 4 parks despite having a 14 day ticket and 16 night stay at a Disney Hotel... absolute shambles.

Good question! No, I didn’t ask. They asked where my resort booking was, and I expected them to say something when I said All Star Music, but he just carried on the conversation. I’ve been emailing someone from Virgin so perhaps I could ask them, but I’m afraid of a large bill or a cancellation!
