A friend bit into a donut peach and a maggot came out by the stone, 😱
I always use a knife to cut the fruits now!

Even though I thoroughly wash tenderstem broccoli, I found something resembling a small slug on my plate 🤢. I now wash each piece meticulously before cooking.

Maybe at this stage I should also post about my Wife and her dealing with any meat on her plate!

She rarely eats meat and even then in very small amounts.

It's like sitting next to a Surgeon as she dissects every piece, pulls it apart, inspects it again and invariably dumps half of it on to a saucer!

I have normally finished my meal before she has started.

Hence she mainly eats vegetarian or fish.

When eating any fresh produce/fruit, its not finding a whole bug/slug you need to worry about... its when you find half of one 🤢🤢😂😂
