I go all sorts of times due to different days off and start times when I’m at work.
I think my body clock has given up by now 😄 |

I'm normally out for the count just after 10pm and then wide awake about 5.15am. Usually have to get up in the night to go to the loo. Hate waking up about 4am for a wee as I struggle to get back to sleep!

Usually go to bed between 11:30 and midnight. Might go later at weekends. No tv in bedroom, so it's straight to sleep most nights.

Bedtime is usually 10pm and straight to sleep, then bladder alarm 1am, 3am, and sometimes more. awake 4.50am ready to be traveling to work by 5.30 for a 11hr day there. Quite often when I get home I will fall asleep for an hour about 6pm .

I’m lucky if I can keep awake until 9pm! We normally put the TV on, but the timer is set for 20 minutes - neither of us are awake when it shuts off. Usually up at 5.30am. I don’t function on less than 8 hours sleep.
