BA contact number

does anyone have a contact number for BA that you can speak to someone. I tried 0800 727 800 but its just an automated message and you get cut off at the end.

I want to discuss my flight options for October

Think that’s the only number just now, keep trying I was cut off then tried again and got through. I’ve found it usually a 20min hold before speaking to someone.

I just booked flights using this number. Took a long time to get through but very helpful once they picked up. I’ve phoned in the early evening before and the call was answered much , much quicker x

We had the same problem, our lovely dibb members said to keep trying which we did.
Took us two weeks to finally get hold of them, found it was easier early on a weekend day.
All I can say now is keep trying.🙂

Have you tried using the online chat On the app if you go onto the COVID-19 information a chat bot will pop up you can then transfer to chat with an agent if found it a lot quicker than calling.

Definitely second the online chat - I was chatting with someone within a couple of minutes. Not easy to find on their website, so here’s the link

Some automated choices keep coming up which will try to direct you to call but keep going and eventually an option will come up to chat to live person

i have been trying to get through for days - literally just got straight through on on line chat - cancellation and refund sorted :-)

I have just seen this thread and decided to try the 020 325 0145 and it was answered immediately and cash refund processed on my Paris flight.

They couldn’t deal with a separate Avios booking though so I called 0800 727800 and that was also answered immediately, points are back already.
