Should I have put in more than 1 claim?
I’m hoping some lovely Dibbers can clarify if I’ve done the correct procedure for a Thomas Cook refund!
We had only paid £1000 deposit for our holiday - initially £400 on my credit card, then the remaining £600 deposit a few weeks later by debit card. I have only put in one claim for the full amount via the CAA online form but reading g various threads I’m now concerned I should’ve claimed via my bank and credit card company separately ? 😩 |
