I don't think there's a way to track your claim unfortunately.

You're still well within the 60 day window so hopefully it will come back to you soon!

I had my direct debit payments back almost a month ago now so I thought they'd moved onto all other refund types etc.

I'd paid with debit and credit card and mine has just been refunded to my bank tonight,no emails or contact with them, I'd claimed on October 7th.I've seen a few that have been paid this last few days.Hope you get yours soon.

Refund went straight into my account, then got follow up emails the next day stating I should have now received the refund.

Hopefully it gets back to you soon!
